April Event Sign Ups are Now Open

Our early April events are ready for you! We’re excited to offer a diverse offering of tree care and maintenance, tree plantings, educational, and partnership events. With a focus on care events and planting where there is the greatest potential for canopy, we’re releasing events month by month.

We’ll continue to follow local Covid-19 protocols to ensure staff and participant safety. Spots will fill up quickly though, so be sure to register now. Our volunteers and community are the backbones of what we do. We are endlessly grateful for your help in restoring, enhancing, and protecting the tree canopy of our nation’s capital.

Interested in becoming a Team Leader?

Our Team Leaders are a valuable part of our Community Tree Planting program and lead teams of volunteers through our plantings to ensure safety and well-planted trees! They are also easily recognized at plantings by their snazzy red safety vests.

This season, we are hoping to bring new Team Leaders into our ranks here at Casey Trees. If you are interested in becoming a Team Leader, fill out our Team Leader Interest Form to join our mailing list for information on upcoming training.

Help us transform DC’s urban forest this year by joining our team of volunteers. Our opportunities are now open and fill up quickly! There’s a reason why priority registration is a coveted benefit of our Membership program. Join today to get advanced registration to plantings and events while supporting our work year-round.
