We’re pleased to partner with the GCA to administer the GCA VI Fellowship in Urban Forestry, which aims to advance the field of urban forestry and encourage students to study the planning, management, horticulture, and ecology of urban forests and the effect of healthy urban forests on people and the environment.
The GCA, a volunteer nonprofit organization comprised of 200 member clubs, passionately devote their energies and expertise to a wide array of projects in their communities. To promote a greater understanding of the interdependence of horticulture, environmental protection, and community involvement, the GCA annually awards more than $300,000 in scholarships.
