2017 Fall Tree Planting Season Recap

Another year, another planting season. It feels like Hotumn was yesterday! This season was packed with new locations, plenty of smiles, and best of all – 738 volunteers gave new homes to 442 trees at 18 different spots throughout the district. That’s over 2,284 hours of planting! Phew! Check out some of the highlights from the planting season (more photos can be found on our flickr page):

Our volunteers are the heart of soul of our Community Tree Planting program. Thanks to you we’re able to plant in places that need it most, for people that will enjoy and reap the benefits of newly planted trees. Your hard work and dedication makes our work possible.
