Don’t Miss Your Chance to Stand Up for Trees

Don’t miss out on your chance to help move the District to plant more trees in parks, create more sustainable developments, and protect more of our city’s oldest trees at Stand Up for Trees this Saturday, July 8. We’ll prepare you to navigate D.C.’s unique political geography to help increase tree canopy in your neighborhood and across the District. By the end of the class you will be on your way to reviewing development plans to submit public comments and delivering testimony at upcoming performance and budget oversight hearings.

Upon completion of Stand Up for Trees, you will be one step closer to becoming a Certified Tree Advocate. This is a Citizen Forester qualifying course.

But hey, don’t take our word for it. Here’s what other folks have said about Stand Up for Trees:
“It was informative, well-paced and a lot of fun.”
“This was perhaps the most polished, thoughtful, impressive training session I have ever attended.”
