Tree Wars: Return of the Watering Alerts

They’re bacckkkkkkkkkk.

That’s right—back by popular demand—watering alerts have returned!

Starting today until the last week in September Casey Trees will be issuing watering alerts for trees.

The alerts are:

We issue these alerts for a very important reason — newly-planted trees need at least 25 gallons a week to survive and thrive.

Our summer crew  will be riding around the city working on sites we’ve planted over the years. But that still leaves trees in your home, neighborhood or park.

If you see a tree looking a little thirsty, go ahead and give it some water. We have a handy “how to water” video series  that breaks down the many ways to water a tree.

Our watering alerts will be issued in every Leaflet, our website, Facebook and Twitter.
