Last year, Casey Trees welcomed over 400 guests to Dock 5 in D.C.’s Historic Union Market District for the annual Canopy Awards. It was a night of delicious food, flowing drinks, entertaining games and live music — all to celebrate the contributions of five distinguished community leaders who have selflessly dedicated their time and energy to boosting and protecting D.C.’s tree canopy.

The Canopy Awards is made possible by generous financial and in-kind contributions from our sponsors. Your company’s involvement will position you as a community- and sustainability-minded business that is working to help re-tree D.C. while reaching a large, growing and diverse audience.

Our first sponsorship deadline is fast approaching! While there is no deadline to become a sponsor, some sponsorships are limited at select levels and the sooner your sign up, the more opportunities for recognition you will access.

Sponsorship Deadlines

Sponsors enrolled before:

January 20, will be included in the electronic Save the Date

February 10, will be included in the invitation

April 15, will be recognized in the printed program

Other deadlines are dependent upon the sponsorship benefits that you are entitled to.

In addition to our thanks, sponsors receive an array of unique benefits and promotional opportunities. No matter your philanthropic goals or giving ability, there is a sponsorship level that meets your parameters.
