Tree ID Walks in April and May

Are you looking for some nature time? Interested in learning more about the trees of DC?

Join our staff in one of our upcoming easy-paced tree identification walks. Make use of the Casey Trees species guide to learn key characteristics of tree species to tell them apart. We will also discuss the benefits that these trees provide to the park and our urban forest.

The first of 4 will be at 4:30 on Thursday, April 15 at Oxon Run Park. Bring some water, a mask, and get ready to learn about our urban forest. And if you can’t attend this one, all the dates are below to choose from. Follow the links for more details and tickets. They won’t last long!
