If the big box chain stores can start Black Friday at 6am on Thanksgiving, you can start #GivingTuesday early and help us reach our goal of $5,000.
This 24-hour global day of giving acts as a breath of fresh air from the consumerism and conspicuous consumption of Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Thanks to our generous board, we’re matching the first $5,000 in donations – on #GivingTuesday. All you need to do is head to our Facebook Fundraiser on December 3.
You eat local and shop local but what about giving local? By donating to Casey Trees on #GivingTuesday, you’re keeping your donations local, guaranteeing trees and communities continue to grow together throughout the District.
