Shop at Buffalo Exchange on 14th Street, Support Casey Trees and Your Urban Canopy

Every six months, sustainable clothing store Buffalo Exchange supports new local charities through their Tokens for Bags® program. Instead of giving out bags, they give customers the opportunity to donate five cents (the cost of the bag) to a charity of their choice. Since 1994, over $778,660 has been raised for thousands of local nonprofit organizations through Tokens for Bags® program, saving 15.5 million bags from polluting the environment. All good things!

Well, well, well for the next six months we’re thrilled to say that we’ll be receiving the proceeds from that program! We’re one of the charities the 14th Street NW location chose and we’re honored. Need a bag to cart home your goodies in? May we suggest our stylish and roomy double sided tote featuring a map of tree canopy in D.C.?

So if you need a wardrobe refresher or have always wanted to see what a Buffalo Exchange is like, check it out and support your urban trees at the same time. And be sure to thank them for selecting us as one of their nonprofits. It’s a win-win-win for you, us, and them!
