Brunch, pandas, and cherry blossoms — these are a few of D.C.’s favorite things!
According to the U.S. National Park Service, this year’s peak bloom (when 70% or more of all cherry trees in the Tidal Basin are in bloom) will be between March 31 and April 3. This is slightly earlier than the historical average and significantly earlier than we’ve seen in the past few years.
