If you love D.C.’s trees, then stand up for them by taking our free, one-day advocacy workshop — Stand Up for Trees — on Saturday, January 30.
We always want to keep our programming fresh and current, so we have revamped the workshop to make it even more engaging and incorporate more real-life cases impacting D.C.’s trees than ever before.
Participants — hopefully you — will work in groups to analyze development projects, prepare and present mock public testimony, play games testing their tree protection knowledge, and more.
You do not need any previous advocacy experience to attend this workshop but space is limited so advance registration is required.
If you have previously attended this workshop, consider signing up again for a refresher or tell a friend or colleague how much you enjoyed the experience and encourage them to attend.
