October is more than Pumpkin Spice Lattes

Oh October! You give us sweater weather, pumpkin spice everything, a bonus hour of sleep — and Casey Trees’ annual Fall Membership Drive.  We love you October.

Ok, the annual Fall Membership Drive may not be as exciting as a pumpkin spice latte — but we’d argue it’s the most important, particularly if you live, work or play in D.C.

Membership funds what you love most about Casey Trees — our School and Community Tree Planting and post-planting tree care programs.

You see, most of the sites where we plant trees — schools, neighborhood parks, historic treasures, and more — wouldn’t be able to afford or know how to properly re-tree their property without Casey Trees.

In addition to Casey Trees providing the trees at no cost, we work with each site’s Program Organizer to select the right trees and planting locations, secure the necessary permits, field questions, provide technical support, bring all the necessary tools, recruit volunteers and more.

Imagine D.C. without Casey Trees. Don’t let that happen.

Answer our call and become a Casey Trees Member today. Your Membership gift will ensure more trees get planted and protected across D.C.

And Membership has its perks including benefits like:

P.S. Look for us in the field starting this weekend as we kickoff our Fall 2015 School and Community Tree Planting season.  Support our planting of almost 600 trees across D.C. this fall by becoming a Member.
