Call for Proposals Now Open

The Alliance for Community Trees Day and the Partners in Community Forestry Conference have issued a call for proposals to urban forestry leaders nationwide for presentations at this fall’s gathering in Tulsa, Oklahoma, November 14 – 16, 2017.

The Alliance for Community Trees Day is the annual meeting for the Alliance for Community Trees network — a group of community-based organizations dedicated to improving the livability of their towns and cities through planting and caring for trees.

Presentation opportunities include the general session, concurrent sessions, and lightning round options. The Call for Proposals is open through March 31, 2017. Complete an entry form here.

The Partners in Community Forestry Conference serves as the annual learning and networking opportunity for all who impact community trees, featuring presentations on sustainable partnerships and collaboration models. It’s an opportunity to present to a wide range of urban forestry professionals, including urban planners, city arborists, parks and recreation managers, landscape architects, nonprofit directors, environmental consultants, utility arborists, city managers, state foresters, and other individuals who make decisions regarding trees in their communities.

Hope to see you in Tulsa!
