Over the past few years, we have been working towards restoring this forest patch by pulling and controlling invasive species. Join us to help protect our native plants and our ecosystem!
We’ll be cutting back invasive knotweed before it flowers and seeds in late summer.
We will provide all the necessary tools and supplies, so just bring yourself and a friend! Participants will receive a hands-on training on site.
Before the event, we will send a reminder email with information about getting to the site.
Check-in starts at 10:00 AM. All volunteers must be present for the tool safety demonstration at 10:15-10:30 AM.
