Event types
- Community Tree Planting (from $15,000) – Engage your group of up to 50 people in a branded, turnkey, 3-hour event to plant dozens of trees, beautifying our region for decades to come.
- Tree Care Event ($5,000) – Engage your group of up to 50 people in a branded, turnkey, 3-hour event to mulch, water, and prune young trees, ensuring they survive and thrive for the long-term.
- Arbor Adventures ($2,000) – Engage your group of up to 30 people in a branded, turnkey, 2-hour tree appreciation walk, where a Casey Trees’ expert will teach you how to identify key tree species and the role they play in our ecosystem.
Event timing
Trees do best if planted in milder weather during Spring and Fall. Trees need care year-round, but they really need water in summertime. Our event seasons are as follows:
- Tree Planting – March-May and October-December
- Tree Care – Year-round with emphasis on June-September
- Arbor Adventures (Tree Walks) – Year-round
In our experience, Saturday mornings are the best day for ensuring good volunteer turn-out. However, with enough advanced notice, we can sometimes plan events for weekdays.
