Vote for Casey Trees for Best of D.C.

Washington City Paper’s Best of D.C. Readers’ Poll is back and Casey Trees and our annual fundraiser the Canopy Awards is in the running for Best Charity Event.

Casey Trees is no stranger to Best of D.C. We were voted Best Place to Volunteer in 2010 and Best Nonprofit in 2014 — and we would love to be honored with another title.

So whether you’ve planted a tree, attended a previous Canopy Awards — or are just a fan of our work — we need your help to show everyone just how impactful (and fun!) our biggest and best fundraiser is.  As you know, any and all proceeds from our yearly Arbor Day Eve bash go right back towards our mission of restoring, enhancing, and protecting D.C.’s trees.

Voting is simple — all you need to do is click here!

Remember — a vote for Casey Trees is a vote for D.C.’s trees. Being awarded Best Charity Event will allow us to highlight all the great work that we do each year and shine a light on the true stars — the trees of D.C.’s urban forest.

Voting is open now — and open to all; including non-D.C. residents. Voting ends March 3. Do it now

P.S. Tickets for this year’s Canopy Awards go on sale NEXT MONDAY!
