Our Watering Pledge Just Got a Whole Lot Cooler

Newly planted trees — those that have been in the ground less than three years — require 25 gallons of water, approximately 1.5 inches of rainfall, per week to survive. That’s why every Monday from May 1 through September 30 (this Monday included!), we post a tree watering alert to let you know whether you should water your trees, hold off, or if it’s up to you.

Okay so you already knew that. But! Did you know that if you pledge to water your trees you receive a free rain gauge to monitor your local rainfall? Well, signing our watering pledge just got a whole lot sweeter.

Since no one likes a thirsty (or warm!) friend, we designed some sweet koozies to remind you to water your trees. Want one? All you have to do is sign the pledge and we’ll mail a free koozie right to your door.

Summer, humidity, and high temps aren’t going anywhere, so share a drink with us (and your trees)!
