Are you looking for ways to make a difference in the greening of D.C.?  If ever there was a year to show support for trees, this is the year!  Now is a great time to check your schedules for 2017 and plan to join us for community tree planting events in the weeks and months ahead.  Depending on your interests, there’s a satisfying way for everyone to volunteer and get involved.

This year we will be planting the most number of trees ever planted through our community tree planting program. Our efforts will require even more volunteers to help get trees in the ground, and we invite you to pitch in and help.

At every volunteer event, we need folks to help check in volunteers and get them suited up for their activities. These are Registration Volunteers. This is a fun and gratifying way to meet new friends while making a BIG difference in your community.

Or perhaps you’d like  the to represent Casey Trees at city-wide events such as farmers markets, festivals and neighborhood gatherings largely held outdoors? Outreach Volunteers help promote programs and events that make D.C.’s neighborhoods greener, healthier places to live. Increase demand for trees in the nation’s capital by becoming a Casey Tree’s Outreach Volunteer!
