Urban Trees 101

Mon January 30 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm EST

Join Casey Trees with the City of Hyattsville to discuss the importance of trees in our city spaces!

Join Casey Trees with the City of Hyattsville for a virtual discussion on the importance of trees in our city spaces. Learn how arborists choose the “right tree, for the right place,” and how you can connect and care for your trees best.

Casey Trees is a non-profit in Washington, DC with a mission to restore, enhance, and protect the tree canopy of the nation’s capital. We do this through working with community members of all ages to plant trees, care for them, and advocate for them. We have been working with the city of Hyattsville to continue these efforts and look forward to getting to know more community members interested in learning more about your urban canopy.

Check out other opportunities with the City of Hyattsville on their Tree Care page – https://www.hyattsville.org/926/Tree-Care
