Arbor Day Bash: Celebrating the 2020 Canopy Awards is Casey Trees’ flagship event highlighting the accomplishments of those working to enhance DC’s tree canopy and make the city we love more livable for us all. There’s no better way to celebrate Arbor Day.

This year’s event will be in two parts – the awards presentation with dinner from 6:00 to 8:00pm, and the larger celebratory Bash from 8:00 to 11:00pm with endless drinks and dessert. Tickets are available for the full event or just the Bash.

Canopy Awards Dinner

6:00 PM | Doors open for those with Dinner tickets; cocktail hour

7:00 PM | Dinner is served

7:30 PM | Remarks & Awards

8:15 PM | Dinner concludes

Arbor Day Bash

8:00 PM | Doors open for those with Bash tickets; DJ spinning vinyl, dancing, drinks, snacks

9:00 PM | Arbor Day Toast

11:00 PM | Event concludes

This is a 21+ event and identification will be checked at the door. Ticket rate is per person.

FOOD & DRINK

A full served meal is included with tickets to the dinner only.

Open bar for the duration of the event is included with all ticket types.

GETTING THERE

Parking: Free parking available in the Neal Place lot or on the street.

Metro: Take the Red Line to the NoMA-Gallaudet U stop. Turn right on Florida Avenue NE. Turn left on 5th Street NE. Union Market will be on your right.

Bike Friendly: Bike racks are available.

ACCESSIBILITY

Dock 5 offers elevator and ramp access.

ATTIRE

Casual cocktail attire is suggested, however, not required. Dress to have fun and mingle.
