Advocacy in the District

September 28, 2019 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm EDT

Learn how you can protect D.C.’s trees at this fun, interactive workshop.

Advocacy in the District will prepare you to navigate D.C.’s unique political geography to help increase tree canopy in your neighborhood and across the District. By the end of the class you will be on your way to reviewing development plans, writing persuasive public comments, and delivering testimony at important District hearings.

Upon completion of Advocacy in the District, you will be one step closer to becoming a Certified Tree Advocate.
