If the big box chain stores can start Black Friday at 6am on Thanksgiving, you can start #GivingTuesday early and help us reach our goal of $5,000. In the spirit of harnessing the power of the collective, each dollar you donate today is worth double. Thanks to a generous match, for every one dollar you donate up to $5,000, we receive two. That means $10,000 – all going towards planting and protecting trees in all eight Wards of our city.

This 24-hour global day of giving acts as a breath of fresh air from the consumerism and conspicuous consumption of Black Friday and Cyber Monday. We’re looking to end this unusual year on a high note – by raising $5,000 on #GivingTuesday so we can take advantage of the generous match.
