Want to get more involved in your community? Sign up for a Community Tree Planting close to you. Or perhaps you have a spot in your neighborhood that could use some tree TLC – apply to become a Community Tree Planting location. We provide the trees, tools, and expertise, you provide the location, and some volunteers.

Interested in being more active in 2018? Our plantings and inventories are great opportunities to get out and get active throughout the city. Whether digging holes or walking around a park, we have something for everyone.

Learn something new this year! We have endless chances to learn something new – whether that is urban forestry basics in our Trees 101 class, more nuanced tree information in Trees 201, or what tree is best suited to your yard through our Residential Planting programs, our classes and programs are waiting for you.

Tired of the status quo? Speak up about causes you care about! Become a certified Tree Advocate and protect the parks, green spaces, and areas of the city to ensure that trees and our urban forest have a fighting chance.

Pledge to defend our planet. Whether you sign up help mitigate stormwater runoff by planting a tree through RiverSmart Homes, pledge to water young trees to help them survive the summer, or become an Evergreen Member to solidify your commitment to our city’s urban forest, you can make a difference.
