Foodies Delight!

One of the main stars at each and every Canopy Awards — aside from the honorees and trees, is the food!

This year should be no different with both Design Cuisine and Shake Shack Union Station returning to tantalize taste-buds with their culinary concoctions.

While we won’t reveal all the food options, here are the passed hors d’oeuvres that will simper past your nose this Arbor Day Eve:

  • Maple Pork Donut Slidersserved w/ coleslaw and maple syrup
  • Carrot and Zucchini Fritters (V)served w/ a mango chutney sauce
  • Firecracker Steakgrilled NY Strip served w/ a chipotle shallot relish

All of those options sound delicious. Especially the first one — as anything donut related is.

Trust us when we say this is only the first course of an amazing menu complete with options for vegetarians, vegans and our gluten free counterparts.
