Fun ways to give back to D.C.’s trees

You’ve heard our pleas to water your trees, but what other ways are there to support trees this summer, you ask? We have a few fun ideas:

  1. Celebrate a special occasion and give back at the same time! In lieu of gifts, ask your friends and family to make a donation to Casey Trees. It’s a gift both you and they will feel good about! We can provide a custom link for you to share.
  2. Sponsor or dedicate a newly planted tree in honor of someone you love! Whether for a birthday, anniversary, or just for 4th of July fun (nothing says “America!” like a tree), gifting a tree is a creative way to celebrate your recipient and will be a gift they’ll be able to appreciate for years to come
  3. Become a Casey Trees Member! By joining our Membership program this summer, you’ll score exclusive invite to our fall Member appreciation event, have priority access to registration for our most popular classes, and a lot more.
