URBAN FORESTRY APPRENTICE PROGRAM

Start a young person on the path to a career in urban forestry.  Sponsor a Casey Trees Urban Forestry Apprentice.

Casey Trees' Urban Forestry Apprentice Program was established in 2005 to introduce high school graduates to green collar jobs and help them develop professional and technical skills.  Apprentices learn urban forestry and tree care skills and serve as mentors to students participating in the Casey Trees' Summer Crew program. 

Upon successful completion of the program, apprentices are helped to secure full-time, permanent employment in the urban forestry field.

Donation - $25,000 per term

Benefits

Sponsors of the Urban Forestry Apprenticeship Program receive:

• Prominent recognition as a sponsoring individual or group on all apprenticeship program materials and press releases and Casey Trees website
• A Commemorative Tree planted in recognition of sponsoring individual or group at a Community Tree Planting
• Monthly written updates from sponsored apprentice(s)
